We are located close to the major thoroughfares of Interstate 4, East -West Expressway and the Florida Turnpike making commutes to downtown Orlando or the Airport a snap.Amenities include one natural lake, a pond, private walkway to Windy Ridge School, and a community park with two Tennis/Pickleball Courts, a Basketball Court & Tot lot. The Westminster Landing HOA sponsors both adult and children social events.
Westminster Landing has great neighborhood schools. Windy Ridge K-8 is a public school adjacent to the neighborhood & achieved a 9/10 rating from GreatSchools.com Windy Ridge offers a Gifted & Talented program and Project Lead The Way curriculum. Windy Ridge has a private walkway from Westminster Landing for residents only. Olympia High School is also in our district, offering AP courses, 30 sports, and Project Lead The Way curriculum. Olympia has a 95% 4-year graduation rate. Families may also choose from an array of private schools.
The Westminster Landing Homeowners Association is made up of fellow residents that are dedicated to insuring that the quality and standard of living is maintained in their community. We are a non-profit corporation that was created under the laws of the State of Florida. It was incorporated under those laws for the purpose of protecting and nurturing the interests of its homeowners, preserving and improving property values, maintaining the common areas, and developing programs and events to enhance a strong sense of community spirit. Westminster Landing HOA provides community leadership, architectural control, covenant enforcement, community events, accounting and finance, operation and maintenance of recreation facilities. Community leadership is provided by the Board of Directors, as well as the Association Committees. All residents can participate in various committees. These committees help shape the future of Westminster Landing. All meetings are open to the public,

Yes. Access into our community is limited by an automated entry and exit gate system. As a visitor, you must have a specific address and/or person as your intended destination. Special visitor codes that you receive from the homeowner who invited you may be entered into our entry control touchscreen, or you may look up your host in the directory system.
Our community of 215 homes is located near the town of Windermere, at the intersection of South Apopka Vineland Road and Westminster Abbey Blvd. As an association we do not have a specific physical address at our location. But for navigation systems, try using 8100 Westminster Abbey Blvd, Orlando FL. This will guide you to the private entry road that leads into our community.
One of the many benefits of living in our community is the close proximity of highly-regarded public schools in the Orange County Public School system. Our younger students may attend Windy Ridge K-8 which is directly adjacent to our property. Our teens may attend Olympia High School which is about three minutes away via Apopka Vineland Road. Additionally, we are in close proximity to wonderful private schools as well, giving parents a choice.
